I like using silk scrunchies because they can help to maintain the moisture balance in your hair, as they don’t absorb the natural oils like cotton or synthetic materials. I’ve been using these for about a month now alongside your inner silk undercaps. I have a bigger head and medium length hair (almost to shoulders). My hair is quite heavy and curls a bit.
