Made many changes to my hair routine upon watching your videos on tiktok. I changed my hair ties to the satiny ones and the under caps to this one. Boom no hair loss today caused by my hijab. I previously was doing hair treatments with my derm only to get no results everytime because I had no idea I was undoing them by wearing an under cap that was made out of a jersey/cotton tight fabric.
