These Terms of Use apply to the entire website for Modestbehaviour.com. In these Terms, the terms “we, our and us” refers to Modest Behaviour. Your access to and use of the Sites is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms. These Terms apply to all our visitors who access or use the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you should discontinue access or use of the Site.

By using our website, customer service chat and completing a purchase, you hereby agree that Modest Behaviour has the right to send electronic mail to your inbox. This is for the purpose of advertising campaigns, replying to your help tickets and receiving updates on your shipments. We may need your email to acquire any information from you about your order.
Section 4: OUR PRODUCT INFORMATION
Modest Behaviour’s products displayed on the Site are available unless marked “Out of Stock”. The prices displayed on our Site are based on your location. By default our currency is in USD.
COLORS
We have made the best effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, including mobile screens.
FABRICS
We use 100% vegan friendly and cruelty free fabrics. We absolutely do not support or tolerate any kind of slave labor, child labor or unsafe work environments. Information about our fabrics used can be found in our product descriptions.
MEASUREMENTS
We have made the best effort to show close measurements of all our products using “CM”, “MM” and “INCHES”. Please allow small errors for handmade products.
Tracking information is received 1-5 days after your purchase. You will receive tracking information via email. We ship our parcels through Stallion Express using USPS, Canada Post, Post NL and APC.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You hereby accept that upon clicking the checkout button that you have filled your correct shipping address. We are not held accountable for customers who put their wrong address. You will not be refunded for errors on your behalf.
CUSTOMER TAXES/DUTIES
You hereby accept that upon placing your order that you will be held responsible to pay your taxes if issued on the parcel from your designated country. We are not in anyway responsible to cover the cost of customers taxes. If taxes are left unpaid, we will not receive any packages back as we do not have a return office. The customer will not be eligible for a refund for unpaid custom duty charges. There are no custom fees to Canada & US.
DELIVERY
You hereby accept that you are responsible to collect your package upon delivery. If the customer refuses to collect their package from the delivery man, mail box, front door, location of proof of delivery, local office (if a pick up notice is given), we will not be held accountable for parcel negligence. If a parcel is marked delivered and the customer claims the parcel is lost, they also will not be entitled for refunds with proof of delivery. However, on very rare occasions, if the parcel is marked as lost or undeliverable the customer will be refunded immediately.
Section 6: Payment Methods
We only use secure payment methods to complete all transactions on our website. We only accept payments by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Section 7: Cancellations
You hereby accept that we do not allow order cancellations. We are unable to cancel, edit, modify addresses or add/remove products to any orders. Once they have processed, our shipping company prints the label and arranges the shipment immediately. We do not accept order cancellations or order changes. We are only responsible to ship what is on the order confirmation.

For any inquiries, send us a message via our homepage chat button you will be required to leave us your email so we can reach you and your order number if a purchase was made.
When using our chat services you hereby agree to respectfully communicate with our customer service representatives. To be more precise, profanity, vulgarity and any personal attacks will result in your privileges to use our chat service to be immediately withdrawn. This means that you will be banned from using our chat service option.
Section 9: Affiliate Program
You hereby understand and accept that upon signing up to our Affiliate Program that you agree to allow Modest Behaviour to use all your content created for Modest Behaviour for marketing purposes, website advertisements and social media advertisements.
You hereby agree to promote our product upon receiving them and to promote your discount code.
You hereby agree to share your PayPal email so we can issue payments when your earnings reach $30 USD or more.
Section 10: Refund and Return Policy
For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on headgear products for sanitary reasons. These sanitary reasons are to protect our customers from head lice and other issues. However, if there is an issue with your order you can contact customer support via our contact chat on our website. No refunds will be issued for orders where there is no valid reason provided by the customer. A valid reason will be judged at the discretion of one of our customer support representatives. If there is an issue with the order a replacement will be sent but no refund provided.
