When will my order be shipped?

When you place an order, all Clothing is shipped 1-5 days after the order is placed as clothing is specially made to every customer and shipped directly from our factories to you.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged goods with their original tags within 1-5 days upon receiving the items.

We do not allow exchanges/returns for any hijabs, undercaps for sanitary reasons. We also do not allow returns for items marked as ‘handmade’ in the description as they are specially made to fit you. Final Sale items are also non refundable.

We will gladly be willing to listen to your reason requesting a return/exchange. Please fill in our Return/Exchange Request Form and we will get back to you.
