When will my order be shipped?

When you place an order, all Clothing is shipped 1-5 days after the order is placed as clothing is specially made to every customer and shipped directly from our factories to you.

Returns:

Your satisfaction very is important to us.

We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged goods with their original tags within 1-5 days upon receiving the items. However, we do not allow exchanges/returns for any hijabs, undercaps for sanitary reasons. The shipping fee and return fee will be covered by you. The items must be shipped with full tracking back to the address we will provide you upon the return/exchange request. Once the items are returned, you will receive store credit to use on our website.

We will gladly be willing to listen to your reason requesting a return/exchange. Please fill in our Return/Exchange Request Form and we will get back to you within a few days.
